Strangers to Slumber explores a sense of the bizarre in a world increasingly consumed by the hyperreal. Delving into the complexities of simulacra the exhibition takes the form of four separate series, consisting of two photographic (The Loner's Salon Show and Fable, Fantasy and Reality), one illustrative (110:Steroscopy) and the specially made video piece Journey to Unknown Pleasures. Referencing classic children's and adult literature and drawing on popular culture the show will present us with the blurred boundaries between dreamscapes and reality.
